    What are the rules for workers in your church?


    What should be the age limit for children in the nursery - 3,4, 5 6 years old?
    What should be the the minimum number of workers
    Should males be allowed to work in the nursery
    Should a married couple work the nursery (meaning they both miss the service)
    What is the minimum age for a youth be to work the nursery?

    Other rules? ect

    What are the rules for workers in your church?
    • be at least 18 [Can be 16 with experience, but under supervision of an adult]
    • have experience with small children
    • be fingerprinted
    • have a background check
    • be a Christian with a knowledge enough of scriptures to teach small children
    • be in good enough health to get on the floor with them
    • have knowledge of first aid and emergency situations
    • [unwritten rule] have a heart for pre-school age children and nursery age children

    What should be the age limit for children in the nursery
    • See above
    What should be the the minimum number of workers
    • 1:4
    Should males be allowed to work in the nursery
    • If they meet the requirements above, why not?
    Should a married couple work the nursery (meaning they both miss the service)
    • Our services are filmed and the nursery workers watch the service on the TV - so yes
    What is the minimum age for a youth be to work the nursery?

    What I meant was the child being watched - not a youth worker


    suppose there are only 3 kids there - would you want at least two adults (1 teen -max in place of an adult)
