Just the typical death panel of socialistic medicine. In Gunsmoke, Doc treated the bad guys as conscientiously as he did the good guys. The good samaritan is more like the Great Physican and the UK is out to lunch. Thank God I live in America. My doctor is very smart and very nice and kind. He puts up with me. I go to a nice clinic which is always on time and get wonderful treatment. Kindness is spoken there. The other day I had the Amish flu. First I got a little hoarse and then I got a little buggy.

For example, in late 2017 an NHS patient who requested a female nurse to carry out a cervical smear complained when the hospital sent a person with “an obviously male appearance… close-cropped hair, a male facial appearance and voice, large number of tattoos and facial stubble” who insisted “My gender is not male. I’m a transsexual”.

So apparently under these rules according to this example this female patient would be punished by withholding her treatment for being sexist and not accepting this clinician's professed identity.
