    What to expect from the televised Trump impeachment hearings next week

    FOLLY and plenty of it.

    Proverbs 14:24 The crown of the wise is their riches: but the foolishness of fools is folly.

    There will be a high tide's worth from the Republicans but a Category 5 Hurricane's worth from the Democrats.

    There are many reasons why - the biggest of which lies at the feet of the DNC who are in control of Hurricane Hillary.

    1. The FICKLENESS of History - the passage of time.

    Trump is the underdog which generally history favors or is at least sympathetic towards.

    CHANCES ARE Trump's performance versus the Democrats Articles of Impeachment (No matter what they are) will be seen as WAY out of balance, historically (or sooner) in favor of Trump.

    Prediction: lists from both sides will be forthcoming next week.

    Even if the Democrats appear to have a SHUTOUT game when the smoke clears next week, in the long run the DNC will be in the greater danger and may be the cause of their own death in a generation (or 2).

    The senate will, in all likelihood, throw out the impeachment at least appearing to be wise.

    The Senate had CLEAR EVIDENCE Clinton LIED to Congress about Monica & Paula Jones, but the impeachment vote wasn't even close. And not even all the GOP senators voted "guilty". It'll be the same with Trump. Not all the Dems will vote "guilty", fearing backlash toward their own election.

    which leads to the obvious the democrats KEEP IGNORING.

    Turn over enough rocks and some of your own snakes will be found.
    Do they really want the investigators to be investigated?

    My expectation is that all we will gain (if it can be called that) is all of daytime TV and likely some evening TV (until adjournment) being taken up by what should properly be at most on C-Span.

    I would rather watch The Price is Right or other TV game shows any day than the never-ending Democrat Circus.

    Notice Pelosi is steering as clear as possible from this circus while not outright abandoning it. I believe she realizes it's gonna blow up in the Dems' faces.

    Except that she is front and center and up to her eyebrows. Pelosi is not a hand-wringing Pilate. She is orchestrating this as much as anyone in sight. She is constantly mischaracterizing the process on national TV. She frequently accuses Trump of cover-ups and hiding the truth. She outright defended Schiff's caricature of the phone call. She put off a House-wide vote and put Schiff in charge of the secretive inquiry.

    There is no good reason to believe she has not been conspiring behind the scenes just like Schiff and his staff with the whistle blower. She is a practiced, professional politician, a consummate pathological liar and bent on power.

    The only way to believe Pelosi is steering clear of this travesty is by buying her Dem "alternative rhetoric" laced with lies and deception, such as claiming there would be no pursuit of impeachment without wide bipartisan support and the clear will of the people, which proves true only if you count a couple of Independents and many Dem supporters, and the possibility that they will eventually drop the matter without an impeachment vote.

    I want to watch with my own eyes how Schifty handles this:

    House Republicans Deliver List of Eight Witnesses Requested for Impeachment Inquiry….

    "...The full list includes: Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, Alexandra Chalupa, Tim Morrison, David Hale, Kurt Volker, Nellie Ohr and the “Whistleblower”...."

    Actually the list is nine if you count that Nunes has requested for Schiffty to be the first witness.

    What I really want to watch is Jim Jordan, Nunes, and the others hammer Schiff over his rejections of their witnesses. Should be very educational, for everybody.

    Lol, AND, Trump is to release the transcript of the 2nd phone call (which is technically the first phone call) on Tuesday, the day before the televised hearings. That could be very interesting.

    I'm Still looking for a slithering way out of an impeachment congressional vote initiated by Congress.

    How in the world can they list a phone call listened to by everybody and his brother as a HIGH CRIME or MISDEMEANOR article of impeachment - a phone call requesting the expose of possible international corruption to the tune of billions?
