    Never met the man. I an simply saying that the Second Amendment does not allow people to have any kind of weapon they desire.

    When was Article 10 done away with in the Bill of Rights?

    But the 10th Amendment is still in place.

    If the Federal Govt. doesn't want to abide by the Constitution, then they have no right to accuse anyone, or any state for crimes against the constitution. They have already annulled it.

    Every state has the right to secede. They came into this union freely. And freely they can leave.
