    Virginia Board of Elections rule allowing officials to count ballots that arrived without a postmark up to three days after the election was illegal, a state judge ruled.


    Virginia Circuit Court Judge William Eldridge ruled the state’s late mail-in ballot law violated state statute and permanently banned the law in future Virginia elections, the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) announced Monday. PILF sued the state’s board of elections in October on behalf of Thomas Reed, a Frederick County, Virginia election official.

    Too little, too late, now we get to suffer with dem executive rule for 3 years and 11 months.

    Luke 23:39
    Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, “If You are the Christ, save Yourself and us.”

    The above verse struck me as most people would not recognize what was said as blasphemy.
    The thief was speaking as Satan spoke.

    That article seems rather muddled.

    In this case, it sounds like they were officially prohibited from counting such ballots this election, by order of the judge, and are now officially prohibited from counting them in the future, according to this ruling. However, this does not prove that they didn't count such ballots.

    The attempt to count late ballots without postmarks is yet another nefarious attempt by the Dems to further rig the election. "But where's the evidence?"

    Once the inner anonymous ballot is out of the envelope, is where all election rules to prevent fraud falls to pieces. They all end up being counted.
