The Biden administration this week slashed the doses of lifesaving coronavirus antibody treatment to Florida, giving the state less than half of what is needed for a routine week, prioritizing “equitable distribution” — a move some suspect is a form of revenge against Republican governors whom the president vowed to get “out of the way.”

Except more than half of them are fully vaxxed and dont need it.
Pfizer and Moderna said all they need is more boosters, maybe 3 or 4.

Wait. You guys are suggesting limited resources should not be fairly distributed when every state is in need? Why should people die in one state in order to provide the antibodies to another?

This is another example of the unvaccinated costing lives.

In a state the treatment should be avaliable to those who need it (regardless of vaccinated status) but it is not right to deprive those in a state that took covid seriously who are in need in order to provide to those in a state that dismissed covid precautions simply because they have more people sick.

The states that have policies in place and a larger vaccination rate are having less hospitalizations and less deaths. But they still have covid patients and need the treatment. Fairly distributed.... don't bail out one state for their bad decisions (my state included) at the expense of other states who also need the treatment.
