On this date - 22 NOV- 59 years ago - JFK died in Dallas, TX.

How would history been different, if Kennedy had completed he 4 year term?

If JFK's behavior during the Cuban Missile Crisis can be used as a guide, he would have disrupted the supply lines, both rail and ship, that allowed the North to wage war. So based on post #3, he may have withdrawn, and based on his pattern, he would have brought the war to a close in a matter of weeks, should he have chosen to engage.
