None of those passages teach baptismal regeneration.
But the passage (Mark 16:16) says that it IS a requirement in order to be 'saved', just as it is in Acts of the Apostles 2:38-40, and 1 Peter...
The disagreement is not with Scripture, Acts of the Apostles 2:38, but with Ryrie's teaching on it's meaning.
