Thank God I don't live in California. And, congrats to all who voted for the buffoons who would impose this on a state that's already reeling from over regulation. You are getting what you deserve.

The OP story is a bit of a misnomer. In reality, metropolitan areas such as Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties already exceed those standards. The bill changes very little, except make our politicians look good there they don't deserve it. That said, CA is overregulated in numerous areas, and we need more regulation like we need a hole in the head.
