I don’t think we need health exams. I do think we need term limits.

3 two year terms in the house: 1 six year term in the Senate.

Additionally, raise the eligibility age to serve in the house to 35, for the Senate and POTUS 50, and for the SCOTUS 60 years of age. Mandatory retirement for SCOTUS at the conclusion of the term in which they turn 80.
