It was just reported by Fox that a document has been obtained that shows Holder knew about fast and furious all along in spite of his testimony to Congress he did not.

If found to be legit, let the spin begin.

They already started. His staff is suggesting that he gets hundreds of memos and does not read them all. Which lends credibility to the document and presents a real problem for Holder.

And in a related story, the Weekly World News reports that Bat Boy is in negotiations to replace Joe Biden as President Obama's running mate in 2012.

Documents Suggest Holder Knew About 'Fast and Furious' Earlier Than He Claimed

For the first time, documents appear to show Attorney General Eric Holder was made aware of the Operation Fast and Furious earlier than he claimed -- up to 9 nine months earlier.

The documents seem to contradict what Holder told a House Judiciary Committee on May 3, when he said he could not recall the exact date, but he'd "probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks."

However, in a July 2010 memo, Michael Walther, director of the National Drug Intelligence Center, told Holder straw buyers in the Operation Fast and Furious case "are responsible for the purchase of 1,500 firearms that were then supplied to the Mexican drug trafficking cartels."

Also, on October 18, 2010, one of Holder's chief deputies, Lanny Breuer, chief of the department's Criminal Division, told Holder in a memo that prosecutors were ready to issue indictments in Operation Fast and Furious.

House Republicans to Request Special Counsel to Probe Holder on 'Fast and Furious' R

EXCLUSIVE: House Republicans are going to call for a special counsel to determine whether Attorney General Holder perjured himself during his testimony to the House Judiciary Committee on Operation Fast and Furious, Fox News has learned.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas, is sending a letter to President Obama arguing that Holder cannot investigate himself and will request a probe by a special counsel.

The question is whether Holder committed perjury during a Judiciary Committee hearing in May. At the time, Holder indicated he was not familiar with with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives program known as Fast and Furious.
