They didn't say in the video--How many of these Dems were re-elected and how many are lame ducks?

I'd guess that a good majority of them were re-elected and when they were campaigning they heard from the voters they wanted the pipeline built.

I thought it would take 3 days into the new Congress takes office but it got passed ten days after the election.
