Pay based on experience, skills and performance - as a union drone that is a concept that goes over your head, I have no doubt.

In the first industrial revolution the skilled workers thought that the new machines would reduce the number of decent jobs but the opposite happened because skilled workers were required to operate and service the machines. In this industrial revolution the machines are operated by computers and the workers only service the machines.
