Louisiana Town Fining Anyone With Saggy Pants

Pull your pants up or you will be fined.

The law comes out of Jefferson Davis Parish in Louisiana and has effectively banned anyone from exposing their underwear or skin from beneath their pants. Those in violation of the new law will effectively be fined $50 for the first offense and $100 for each consecutive occurrence.

Lol! It has to be illegal to fine people for bad fashion sense, no matter how tempting.
Most are just wearing shorts underneath. I see kids switch to gym clothes by simply taking off their jeans.
The government fining people for covering their shorts with jeans? That should not happen.
I've taken group votes on sagging before, asking girls if it is attractive. The majority say it is not. Some gave reasons why not. (which were great, but probably shouldn't be repeated here) It was amazing to see how many boys quit doing it after that.

Uh no it is not just shorts underneath it is boxers in other words their underwear.

Wearing the basketball shorts underneath helps sag lower, so it seems most popular.
There are sag jeans with built in boxers. The boxers snap onto undies.

Maybe if all the parents started, the kids would stop? :-D
