Maricopa County GOP: 2020 Election Results Rejected

That resolution and 2 bits will get you a cup of coffee!!!
First, it was not a govt body, as it was just a county political committee.
Second - it was only at county level - even if it was a govt committee - it means nothing - only a State or Commonwealth can certify the election.
For the sake of argument - lets say the Election was stolen - - but once the Arizona State legislature certified the result - it is official.
I am curious - has there EVER been even one case where the results of a State/Commonwealth EC which has been certified - have those results EVER been overturned?
I am not exactly overjoyed with who our current President is- but he was duly and legally elected. Thus Mr. Joe Biden is the President of all Americans - just as Mr. Donald Trump was the President of all Americans from 2016-2020.
So folks - get over it - and put your efforts into flipping the House and the Senate.

I will never "get over" that grave injustice. (President Biden) was not duly and legally elected.

That was the problem. Idiot legislators who just went through the motions instead of doing their due diligence and job.

There were enough discrepancies and red flags that they should not have certified until audits were done and they should not have allowed unelected paper pushers to allow the mail-in fiasco without proper authority.

We have, myself included, often referred to folks that are obsessed with Trump’s victory in 2016 as having TDS (Trump derangement Syndrome)
I’m beginning to think we have a new mental health issue called EDS 2020 (Election derangement Syndrome 2020)
That election was over the moment all the state legislatures certified the results and sent electors to congress. The constitutional requirements have been met. Biden is POTUS according to our constitution.
If someone today uncovered absolute proof of election fraud that would have changed the results of 2020, there is no remedy under the constitution that would remove Biden and replace him with Trump. Plain and simple. Cut and dry.
The only recourse is voting in 2022 and 2024.

For the record, I agree with this. HOWEVER, there is also the danger of it happening again. So there is merit in continuing to look into it and raise alarms. The movie 2000 Mules was very enlightening.

I have said several times the states that unlawfully changed election laws (by judge or SOS instead of legislation) were full of fraud and the results shouldn’t have been certified.
Several of these crucial states (all of them?) had repub legislatures, governors, sos, that turned a blind eye to the unlawful changes and then certified the results.
Personally, I believe the repubs were in on the fraud because they saw Trump as a threat to the establishment.
If true, no amount of investigation will reveal the truth, since repub involvement would be exposed.

Although what you have said is true, we could at least stop the cheating next time around if exposed. If we can't even do that what hope do we have?

I agree. States should follow their election laws. SCOTUS is going heat a case next term that addresses this very issue. Hopefully, they will rule states must follow their election laws even during an “emergency” like Covid.

Yes, they will hear a case about the legality of changing election laws without going through the legislature.
The case is “Moore v Harper” out of North Carlonia.
Edit to add: The case involves whether a state or federal court may usurp the authority of the legislature with reference to gerrymandering districts, but the issue directly addresses the legal theory that, according to the constitution, only state legislatures can make or change election laws.
It would certainly limit or nullify changes in election law by any entity other than state legislatures.
