Can't say "Militant/ Muslim Extremists", so my coworkers and I settled on "Middle-aged Swedish Nuns".

Example:
Me: Hey, boss. Did u see what those middle-aged Swedish nuns did in Kenya?
My boss: Sure did. Remember when they kidnapped the girls in Nigeria and when they destroyed the World Trade Center? Gee, those middle-aged Swedish nuns sure seem to be the ones doing all the killing.
