It’s called #SmackCam. People who participate in the new craze film their friends smacking young people (usually girls) right in the face to capture their pain and shock on video.
#SmackCam has grown hugely popular on the Vine video site. Basically, people smack young defenseless girls and then share it on the site for the amusement of others.
