NY State wants to require ALL schools - public and Private to teach sex ed in K-12!
Long article in the newspaper - but NOT one word about abstinence.

So, I guess the schools will start teaching how to drink booze and do drugs in a safe manner.

I have a fellow officer here in KS who was on the NYPD for 20 some years. He told me the other day that he's never going back, he said if anyone in NY wants to see him then they can come out here.

Is there any question as to why communities such as Kiryas Joel exist in upstate New York. The Hassidic communities came into existence as a defense against anything like the holocaust happening again, but also to insulate themselves against such lunacy as we see cropping up in the rest of the nation.

The churches shamefully shut down and followed the dictators order. If you didn't, I applaud you for being in the miniscule minority.

Government schools get funds from government as directed not by parents (school choice) but as directed by government dictators. Purse strings cause the school to dance like a mannequin. How could so many votes vote away the freedom of choice.

So, you have no idea why communities like Kiryas Joel exist and what it might have to do with the OP? Why not read up a little and why Kiryas Joel exist and why it has everything to do with your OP? Read up on why they teach abstinence, why they don't trust NY state school system, etc. etc.
