My WOT [Web of Trust] software that watches web sites says the one you have in your link is a dangerous web site for computers, so I did not open it. That being true I put no credibility in their articles. Why would they have a web site that might damage my computer if they are an upright organization? If you want to protect your computer with this software you can download it free from:
http://www.mywot.com/
The WOT scans any website you bring up and tells you if it has an excellent, an unsatisfactory or a poor reputation.
You should not give links to websites with unsatisfactory or poor reputations and put others computers at risk.
Before you start pontificating on someone giving out a link to a website that might put your computer at risk, learn what your tool does and how it determines its ratings. Your WOT tool does not scan the web site in question and determine if it is a safe site to visit. It determines its rating based upon user input, pure and simple. You can see why the web site has a rating by inputing the URL on the mywot.com site. The results for crashtheteaparty.org are here:
http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/crashtheteaparty.org
As you can see, the it was rated by one person as having "adult" content. The comment left with this rating was:
A Bunch of Scumbag Leftists that HATE free speech. Go @#$^ yourselves.
Another person rating it as being a "Phishing or other scams" site and left the comment:
Really bad site..only good if you like laughing at sad people..
Several people rated it as being "Hateful, violent or illegal content" with comments like:
Leftist Neo-Nazi, Anti-Jew, Anti-Zionist, Anti-Christian, Anti-Tea Party cyber trolls. Promotes Socialism, Communism, and totalitarian censorship.
This website belongs to an agent provocateur. It was owned by somebody who encourages violent people to infiltrate the tea party movement. They insist on trying to carry out false flag operations by dressing up as tea party activists to make it appear as if it was caused by tea party activists in order to disrupt and marginalize the movement and create false accusations about it.
So, as you can see, nothing indicates that the web site might "put others computers at risk" or be a "dangerous web site for computers" as you indicate. If you are going to utilize a tool and then use it to chastise other people for posting a link, at least learn how your tool works.
An apology to RevMitchell would be appropriate at this time.
