Allow Open Carry of Firearms at the Quicken Loans Arena during the RNC Convention in July.

Wow. I wonder if this is going to get any traction?

It would make a great debate question at the next debate. "Mr. Candidate, you've said you're in favor of eliminating gun free zones. The Republican National Convention in Cleveland is a gun free zone. Would you approve of open carry of firearms at the RNC?"

For the all time gutsy question at a debate I've got to go with the question asked of Michael Dukakis. "Governor Dukakis, if your wife were to be raped and murdered, would you support the death penalty?"

IIRC, Dukakis didn't look particularly surprised or mad, and he answered fairly quickly. "No, I wouldn't. I've opposed the death penalty my whole life."

It will never happen at a political convention.

Think about the carnage at the convention when the various factions who cannot stand each other begin "defending their stances".
