SCOTUS gives a new right to condemmed inmates

This is not exactly up-to-date news - but it is close enough for Govt work:

Back in March of 2022 the SCOTUS has given inmates the right to not only to have a pastor present
in the chamber - but the pastor is now allowed to pray out loud and to lay hands on the individual.
