Has anyone else noticed that Fox News anchor Shepard Smith has lost a lot of weight? It's an open secret that Mr. Smith is a little light in the loafers, if you know what I mean. I wonder if he has AIDS. What do you all think?

You're acting as if I'm attacking Mr. Smith. A quick Google search shows that they were talking about this same thing on the radical far-right website Free republic. I like Mr. Smith because he's one of the few reasonable voices on Fox News. I'd hate to lose him.

I think anyone that participates in a deviant lifestyle is setting themselves up for trouble. It wouldn't surprise me if he contracted AIDS, but he could just be on a diet.

==I looked around and found no credible source for the Shepherd Smith is gay thing. Whether he is or not, I think there are other reasons he might have lost weight. For one, he is getting older. TV news is no less "looks" based than other tv programing (just look at the female hosts on Fox). He could be getting thinner due to diet or just trying to look young. There are other possible reasons as well. He might have undiagnosed/unannounced cancer, aids, or any number of diseases. My point is that speculation is a waste of time.

This is a stupid thread.

You people probably sit next to people in restaurants and airplanes and maybe even church with HIV/AIDS patients more than you realize and you don't even know it.

No need to be crass or stupid just because someone looks ill.
