Victims of violence who fight back now days are viewed as the criminals. She should be applauded for defending herself not put in the position of having to fight for her job.

How insane is life? A student assaults a 64 yr. old teacher and she defends herself.
She ends up in handcuffs and now her job is on the line.

Yah, so logical.

I wonder if the boy's parents are going to sue now. Probably...they should be dragging him in by the ear making him apologize and take responsibility and pay her for any money she's lost up until now and whatever she loses in the future.

He obviously doesn't acknowledge the importance of school so get him out of there and get him working.
