Irish Taoiseach (pronounced almost like 'tea-shuck' meaning 'Prime Minster) Brian Cowen and President Obama had teleprompter problems on St Patrick's Day

I don't think either of these guys had less than perfect speech, they spoke well but was reading the wrong speech. I imagine there is teleprompter operator appreciating the extended unemployment benefits right about now...
