Texas Christian University Offers Class Credits for Internship at Planned Parenthood

Simply what I said. TCU (they don't like to use the name "Texas Christian University") does not represent itself as a Christian university.

The name is a relic from the early days of the school. The Disciples of Christ denomination (quite liberal BTW), has no governing influence.

Here's a bit of an explanation.
