And the DOW closed over 700 points down. This is worse than it dropped after 9-11. I think this is the worse drop...ever...

It is the worse drop in points ever. It is not the worst drop in percentage terms ever. It would interesting, though, to know where it stands in percentage terms since they put the circuit breakers in the market after the crash in 1987.
