No. Governor Hutchinson has not gone overboard here in Arkansas. Opening the economy up here in Arkansas will be a much lighter lift than in the more populated states that have clamped down more. The only thing I am really lacking during this period is a haircut for me and professional grooming for my three Shelties and one Toy Poodle.
South Carolina is a "stay at home" state. Churches can operate, gun stores can operate, golf courses can run, groceries and essential businesses. But all of the beaches and state parks are closed.
But I live on the Georgia line. They are a shelter in place state. But the state parks are open.
To be honest, except for going to Hilton Head and Hunting Island not much has changed for me.

Is the golf game improving?
Not for me. The more I golf the less a golfer I am. I don't even keep score anymore. Heck, I'll probably leave my balls (golf balls) at home next time I go. I'll swing the club and pretend it was a nice shot.
They are planning on having the Master's in November this year.

This is the treatment you can expect in Virginia. Anti-Trump medical care. Hydroxychloroquine? Not for you, unless it is too late & you are put on a ventilator. Then when you die........they will say ‘you see!!! it doesn’t work!’
I’m sure the same is happening in my state. Dems tell us these hyper-control lock downs are for our own good, but if they really cared whether you live or die they would not be withholding treatment that could save you.
