I was pretty put out as a student nurse circa 1980 working in the OT and assisted in a D&C, but really an abortion. Worse, the child-woman was a 15 yr old severely intelectually disabled person.

I abhore the slaughter of the unborn, and of course the sickos who were possibly asaulting the child in care. It could of course been a vulnerable male but what happens now adays I wonder.

I have retired from nursing now but it had been a growing worry for many Christian nurses about ethical issues....which are now coming to fruitition.

Have you read the article concerning a woman in Ireland who was refused an abortion and died? The doctors are in a limbo as far as the law is concerned so this has become big news there.
