Why? That has already been researched, reviewed, tested, repeatedly written about, reported and taught for the last at least 80 years!
2) Medical research?
What about it? Can you provide a Constitutional exception that those in the profession categorized as "Scientist" is to be provided via Government funding for their JOB?
3) Healthcare of children?
What about it? Can you provide a Constitutional exception that those with children should be provided Government funding for their children FOR anything?
4) Health of the "working poor" regardless of their casting a vote?
What about it? Can you provide a Constitutional exception that those who are "categorized as poor" should be provided Government funding FOR anything?
5) Advancement of medicine? Can you provide a Constitutional exception that those whose profession is manufacturing chemical compounds, should be provided Government funding for their JOB?
6) Advancement of Science? What about it? Does someone in the government need to whisper in the ears of Scientists "atta boy"? Or again are you implying there is a Constitutional exception for the profession of Scientists that they should be funded by the Government to do their JOB?
President Trump's 2018 budget request, delivered to Congress on Tuesday with the title “
A New Foundation for American Greatness,” has roiled the medical and science community with a call for massive cuts in spending on scientific research, medical research, disease prevention programs and health insurance for children of the working poor.
Dems like to preach "equality", while at the same time preach the way to reach "equality" is to give SPECIAL (UNEQUAL) treatment to people and professions "THEY DEEM" worthy of the "SPECIAL UNEQUAL TREATMENT".
Science researchers, Medical researchers, children and poor people are on YOUR LIST of whom YOU THINK should be "unequally" treated.
So aside from YOUR thoughts.....can you provide ANY Constitutional provision that provides for special unequal treatment of Science researchers, Medical researchers, children or poor people?
