TWO should serve the absolute penalty...

Registered sex offender John Gardner molested a 13 year-old girl.

The subhuman creature otherwise known as a judge sentenced him to six years...and he served only five.

Of course, this creature got out, and now has likely raped and killed a 17 year-old girl.

I see two penalties that need meting out: the death sentence for this animal...and life in prison (at the very least) for the piece of filth judge that let this scum off.

I hate to think what action I would take against the judge if I wer the parent of the 17 year-old (oh, and authorities think there may be other victims). What a sorry excuse for a human being.

Remove this filth from office--and then prosecute him for accessory to child rape and murder. At the least, put him in general population with the inmates.

Raposts should have their genitals removed the FIRST time they are convicted, and they won't rape again. If they find other ways to victimize, then they should be executed.

What shall we do with leaders in the SBC who have covered for men who have molested people such as what is reported at http://www.news4jax.com/video/19527996/index.html

Although those are different cases, the same principles should apply.

My views are such: If someone molests a child, they should be castrated, no anesthesia, using rusty knives. If they survive, imprison them for good.

What about those who aid in covering up such a thing?

Millstone tied around their neck and cast into the ocean...

AFTER... they are castrated with no anesthesia, using rusty knives...

OF course, Rape is not really a sexual crime... stay with me here.. I mean that people rape because they are perverted, and want control.. it is a control abuse crime..

So even if we castrate these animals, if we don't imprison them for life, they will find something else to use to rape again, because the actual rape is a symptom of a root problem of deviant abuse.

I believe more in chemical castration - it to some degree takes away the desire for sex and for the sexual deviant, that's a good thing. It does not however, take away the desire to control and hurt people. Nothing does that except for Jesus Christ.

A child rapist can be physically or chemically castrated and will still have a need for a perverted control.

I know that most of you don't like Oprah, but she has interviewed many child rapists in prison and they all say the same thing - "don't let us out". She has brought to light the fact that it is very, very difficult to rehabilitate these people - in fact, almost impossible.

Chemical castration is just about the only way that they could ever be put into society again. And that would be with someone monitoring their taking of their pills.

But physical castration takes away the "I didn't take my meds" problem.

hey, if a person molests kids...they don't need their "equipment" anyway.

Have seen molestetrs on tv say it doesn't always work, and they go on to molest again.

That is the exact solution for the rapist. The judge should be removed from office, then be put on trial for accessary to murder and rape, hopefully with a life sentence.

I agree with this.

And, since the judge thinks it's so easy to rehab these cretins, put him in general population.
