Now that an election is coming again, it's worth revisiting...

Even though this is nearly 2 years old, it still stirs up serious feelings. And why shouldn't it? It simply proves the racist nature of Obama Cabinet member--Attorney General Eric Holder and his administration--a bunch whose purpose is supposedly to "enforce justice." Yeah. Right. What a joke.

What a sickening bunch of people.

The video of the thuggish bigots--Black Panthers (with extensive criminal records, BTW) who intimidated voters with their nightsticks: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neGbKHyGuHU

From the explosive Post article:

In recent months, (US DOJ Civil Rights Attorney J. Christian)Adams and a Justice Department colleague have said the case was dismissed because the department is reluctant to pursue cases against minorities accused of violating the voting rights of whites. Three other Justice Department lawyers, in recent interviews, gave the same description of the department's culture.

On Election Day, Jerry Jackson (a certified Democratic poll watcher who lives in the neighborhood) arrived first at Guild House West, an assisted-living center in north Philadelphia that served as a polling place in the overwhelmingly Democratic ward. Jackson was soon joined by Heath, both decked out in the uniform of the New Black Panther Party: black berets, jackets, shirts, pants and boots. The two, regulars around the neighborhood, also protest often near City Hall. They have been shown in videos and quoted in news reports using incendiary rhetoric, telling African Americans to rise up against their "slave masters" and condemning whites as "crackers." Jackson, 54, and Heath, 39, have criminal histories that between them include convictions for drug possession, robbery and simple assault, according to court records.

Upon seeing the footage, the Department of "Justice," in full-out "get whitey" mode, no longer reacts with regard to the law...get this:

...Officials from the Obama administration, which took office vowing to reinvigorate civil rights enforcement, thought the agency should focus primarily on cases filed on behalf of minorities.
"The Voting Rights Act was passed because people like Bull Connor were hitting people like John Lewis, not the other way around," said one Justice Department official not authorized to speak publicly, referring to the white Alabama police commissioner who cracked down on civil rights protesters such as Lewis, now a Democratic congressman from Georgia.

In other words--only white people are capable of racist behavior.

One DOJ lawyer said (on condition of anonymity):

There are career people who feel strongly that it is not the voting section's job to protect white voters," the lawyer said. "The environment is that you better toe the line of traditional civil rights ideas or you better keep quiet about it, because you will not advance, you will not receive awards and you will be ostracized."

Wow. We put up with this? Why does Eric Holder have a job??

Oh...I forgot...firing him would be racist. My bad.

The end of the story:

(The DOJ) on May 15 dismissed the charges without citing a reason. It sought to narrow the injunction against Heath to polling places in Philadelphia through the 2012 elections. That was granted three days later. Legal experts have called the department's reversal exceedingly rare, especially because the defendants had not contested the charges.

Let me get this straight: You have undisputable video evidence of voter intimidation. The defendants don't even bother pleading "not guilty"--they don't even contest the charges. (hmm...betcha they knew what was coming!)

And there end up being no charges?!? Let's state the obvious: This is based solely on race. In 1960 Alabama, Bull Connor pulled this off for some racist whites. In 2010, Eric Holder pulls it off for some racist blacks.

My, how we've "progressed."

Kudos to the Washington Post (!) for an outstanding piece of investigative journalism.

And shame on Barack for keeping such a sorry excuse for a public servant on the payroll. Eric Holder should go to jail for obstruction of justice.

One buck gets you ten that more of this garbage goes on two weeks from now...and not a doggone thing will be done.

Now who's racist?
