Yes, it will. Parliament has to vote, but the ruling Conservative Party (which has an absolute majority has promised the UK will indeed leave.
The only way it can be sidetracked is if many Conservative members vote against the final agreement, which would bring down the government and bring on a constitutional crisis the likes of which has not seen since before World I.
