    I agree with this assessment, knowing full well that Israel cannot defend itself this way without provoking all out retaliation, even if within it's rights of self preservation.

    Their past has been bleak because they allowed corrupt leaders to squander all of the financial aid given them from the world. Palestinians have received more aid from all sources, including the US, than any other nation in recent history.
