No Ken, I am not pointing to you. Crabtown Boy has stated that in the past.

    Amen.

I edited my earlier post where I accidentally typed "birth" instead of "conception", which obviously fits with my problems with in vitro fertilization as the process is normally done.

Ken, you might have missed it, but in one report, Tiller was an USHER.. NO church allows visitors to be ushers... He had to be a part of that "church"...

And Obama and all that support abortions are guilty of killing babies.

I am glad you said if you had your way, all abortions would be illegal.. I agree.

    1) I don't think that a church should turn anyone away from a worship service whether he/she is a member or not.

    2) No, they are not. That argument is silly.

    3) Wow! :)

allowing that person to worship is not that same as giving that person a responsibility during a worship service.

An Usher is a representative of the church.. they meet and greet, take up the offerings, etc. To allow an abortionist to represent a church in that way speaks volumes about this church..

    Luke 17
1Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!

2It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

    ------------
hmmm.... I believe that was Jesus Christ speaking. An offense against a little one was a serious thing to our Lord and Saviour. I don't want to put words in our Lords mouth, so either His intent was to help child abusers to become stronger swimmers or..... well..... I think it's pretty simple to understand His position.

I'm not suggesting that individuals should go around and mete out that kind of justice today. I just wish our government would take a role in protecting the most innocent victims in the world.

My guess would be that this was probably an ultra-liberal church where whats wrong is considered to be good, and whats good is considered to be wrong, the gospel is obscured by rationalizations, truth is obscured by "political correctness", and their "Christ" is probably a counterfiet.

    Just a guess, of course.

No, they will simply go to someone else.

Do you want God to have that attitude towards YOU on judgment day?

    Poetic justice?

I am really STUNNED by the level of exceedingly cold cold COLD hearted attitudes that some people on this thread are exhibiting. So very inappropiate, and actually quite telling.

And yes, I am against abortions. They are the killing of a baby. We all know that.

But imo that is no excuse for the type of bloodlust that is showing up on this thread.

    God have mercy

So because you are against abortion you decided that if neither candidate would end 100% of abortions - then you would vote for the guy who would increase it?

On what issue did you support Obama that you believe that you will get 100% achievement?

None? Then your arguement for ending abortion 100% is 100% baloney.

If you picked any issue as the one that you think that he will achieve 100% - that is the one that is more important to you than the slaughter of the unborn.

What was it? I am dying to know.

Sorry that was a poor choice of words on my part. It is the innocent babes that are doing the actual dying because of your choice.

And PLEASE do not tell me that it was because of Palin.

As I said in an earlier post, the real killer for me was McCain's picking the totally unqualified Palin as her running mate. It was an obvious political ploy and her selection was pure politics and showed his, or probably his advisors total lack of concern about the long term welfare of the country.

No presidential candidate will be 100% acceptable. That is a given.

You are correct. An as someone said in an entry, is this the say attitude that those who are happy with the murder want God to judge them? I think not.

I will say this, I don't approve of murder, but I don't feel sorry for that doctor who was shot. The way I look at it, he had it coming to him. I will say that I feel sorry for his family. I just hate that it was done inside of a church.

Whenever they decide to go to trial, if I'm put on that jury to decide that man's fate, I garuantee you that I will enter a plea of not guilty. Simply beacuse I look at it as defending innocent life.

Back in 1993, in Pensacola, FL there was an abortion doctor who was gunned down by a man named Dr. Paul Hill. He was ultimately put to death. Again, I look at it in the same way. He was defending innocent life.

So then, because politicians were engaged in "pure politics" during an election campaign...

And because McCain's VP pick was unqualified... (not sure that there are any particular qualifications to be VP - but I'll take your word for it)

You decided to go with the guy that would 100% FOR SURE INCREASE THE SLAUGHTER OF THE UNBORN.

And then you have the gall to lecture others about the meaning of pro-life.

I would literally die from shame if I were to find myself in your shoes.

Are you saying that Obama opposes abortion? Does he believe that abortion should be illegal? Does he believe that abortion is murder? If so, I'd like to see proof. Show me that his actions define what a person who is pro-life should be. The truth is you can't.

Maybe you missed the news when he was speaking at Notre Dame. The reason it made headlines was because he was pro-abortion. Maybe you missed the fact that he funded abortions overseas. For someone to support abortion the way he has, whether they have physically killed a baby or not makes them a baby killer.
