Just a few years ago, it was all a baseless “conspiracy theory.” Now, promotion of a European Union-style merger between the United States, Mexico, and Canada is being shouted from the rooftops — by U.S. taxpayer-funded globalists writing in the very same media outlet, CNN, that tried to ridicule GOP presidential hopeful Ron Paul over the North American Union issue just a few years ago. Indeed, according to the recent opinion piece by two mid-level operatives for the “New America Foundation,” the future of the United States does not rest with the U.S. Constitution, “We the People,” or even the Supreme Court. Instead, it “lies in North America,” claimed New America’s Andrés Martinez and Daniel Kurtz-Phelan.

“This is not a geographic truism, but a strategic imperative,” the duo argued. “The United States, Canada and Mexico are bound by a shared economic, environmental, demographic and cultural destiny.” In recognition of what they refer to as North America’s “shared destiny,” Martinez and Kurtz-Phelan propose the establishment of what they call a “North American passport.” The radical passport scheme would eventually facilitate the erasing of U.S. borders in exchange for “North American” borders — a plot that has been underway for years with the “Beyond the Border” initiative and other schemes. “Much like the EU passport,” the tax-funded globalists wrote, the new North American passport would ultimately allow citizens to “travel, work, invest, learn and innovate anywhere in North America.”

Heard this baloney on Coast to Coast last night and knew I'd see you posting about it soon. LOL.

That's interesting. The last time we talked you claimed you could easily point out any error from any of my sources.

Now's your chance to prove it.

    Start pointing them out.

I'll be back tomorrow to check and see how you're doing.

Actually, that's not what I said. You're insinuating I said I could point out error in any article you post. I never said that....go back and read it.

I haven't read this particular article in detail (and I'm not going to waste my time). I already wasted about 30 minutes of my life last night hearing the same thing on Coast to Coast (that great source of all things true).

Just because two guys (or a organization of people) want something, doesn't mean it is going to happen. I can post an article on a web site anywhere saying I wish something would happen. That doesn't mean it is going to happen.

This is nothing but a hype piece.

Here we see that the article's author wants to make us believe it is no longer just a conspiracy theory, but is actually being implemented. It's not. It's just hype.

You bash people for blindly following the mainstream media hype, yet all you do is follow the conspiracy theory site hype. Start thinking for yourself instead.

Matt throws down the gauntlet! Cool!

Let's see how you do debunking the evidence I post tomorrow. I suspect your "debunking" technique won't differ much from today's.

Reminder to self. First list all the literary devices and fallacies Matt will most likely use to "debunk" the evidence.

I already agreed that there's nothing to debunk here...so not sure what you are talking about. This is an article about some people's opinion on how they would like things. Big deal...I've got opinions on how I'd like things too, doesn't mean it is going to happen.

The problem I have with the article is that they attempt to lead the reader to the conclusion that it is happening, and not just someone's pipe dream.

That's why I'm going to post the evidence tomorrow. You can choose to address it and prove it's all a "conspiracy theory" or you can keep on back peddling.

Either way I'm going to post the evidence.

In the meantime I'm going to leave you with one word to contemplate. Sovereignty.

    See ya tomorrow. :wavey:

Gay marriage started as someone's pipe dream... President Obama's run for office started as someone's pipe dream.... Legalizing grass started as someone's pipe dream.... allowing for assisted suicide was someone's pipe dream... our country flooded with illegals started as someone's pipe dream ... and on and on.

What you call someone's pipe dream will one day be a reality and you will still be saying that the next step towards a global gov't is someone's pipe dream.

I've highlighted the error in your argument. For every pipe dream that comes true, ten thousand don't.

I'll state again, the issue I have with the article is that the author attempts to convey that this is already happening, when it is in fact not.

Wait, hold on. So its common sense now to be scared of every person's pipe dream in the world?

Matt has told me to think for myself. Okay.

Here's an example of me thinking for myself instead of letting the western "mainstream" media and Washington do my thinking for me.

When the mainstream consensus including those here who immediately pointed the finger of blame at Russia for the bloody Washington/EU backed coup and subsequent civil war in Ukraine I said "whoa wait a hold it let's look at the evidence before we convict anyone."

At the time I was ridiculed and called names even accused of being a traitor to my own country. Which I'm not whining about I'm just bringing it up as that was also part of the mainstream consensus induced demonization efforts of anyone questioning the "official narrative".

Since that time I have posted this thread . . . http://www.baptistboard.com/showthread.php?t=97472 which I will continue to add more evidence to until the mods shut it down.

The "mainstream" media consensus said . . . Russia invaded Ukraine, Russia is the aggressor in Ukraine, Russia is guilty of war crimes in Ukraine!

A lot of evidence to the contrary has come to light since the first of these "mainstream" allegations against Russia started.

That evidence all points towards Washington and the EU being the aggressors and backing those who have since committed murder and war crimes against their own countrymen.

I think the evidence is overwhelming at this point but so far no one has come forward to agree with me least of all Matt who evidently fancies himself as a critical thinking person.

So before I start posting the evidence I have about the creation of a North American Union I'd like to ask Matt why he hasn't been to my "Ukraine" thread and proved the mainstream consensus to be right and debunked all the evidence I have posted there.

Should be a relatively easy task for someone who thinks for himself.

I haven't read the thread, and don't plan on reading it. It doesn't interest me. I'm here to entertain myself. If something doesn't interest me, I don't read it.

You didn't have to tell me you are the "out of sight out of mind" type Matt. I concluded that by the way you smugly respond to anything that falls outside the mainstream consensus.

The thread in question shows that Washington and the mass media have been lying about the crisis in Ukraine since the beginning.

You seem to be more interested in defending your own perceptions than finding the truth.

Which is why I doubt you'll even bother to look the at evidence you're about to get buried under.

Can you tell me of the political situation of Liechtenstein? Out of site, out of mind right? You must be a horrible person because you aren't aware of something happening somewhere in the world!

Get a life man...just because something interests you, doesn't mean that other people are lacking in some way because they don't hold the same interests.

Will I read all the evidence you provide? Unlikely....most of what you post doesn't interest me very much. I'm not on this site to do homework or spend time doing things that don't interest me. I'm here for entertainment and the moment something isn't entertaining, I stop looking at it.

I know Prince Michael doesn't believe QE will help his country's economy.

I get it Matt learning that you've been lied to by Washington and the corporate media and how your own country is being destroyed because you'd rather believe the "lies in the bold headlines" than look beyond them at evidence doesn't interest you.

After all you're only here to be entertained while America is being turned into a third world debt slave. It's all about Matt and the quality of his entertainment.

Evidently you don't want to hear or see anything that might lead you to question the herd mentality you're so proud to take part in and defend.

Thinking for yourself doesn't mean following the herd and thinking just like everyone else in it Matt. Gee if you actually started thinking for yourself the herd might make fun of you too.

I doubt that's a chance you'll ever be willing to take. Having the herd make fun of you wouldn't be very entertaining would it?

But anyway now that we've figured out that you find it more entertaining to make fun of people who aren't part of your herd I'll begin posting that evidence I promised.

First up is this paper from the CFR called appropriately enough . . . "Creating A North American Community".

    file:///C:/Users/Vern/Downloads/NorthAmerica_TF_eng%20(1).pdf

Remember that word I gave you to contemplate, Sovereignty?

Keep that in mind while you ignore the evidence that doesn't interest you. This is only the beginning of the avalanche of information you're about to get buried under.

Once again you attempt to equate someone's lack of interest in something to "following the herd". Maybe I just don't care? I know you don't understand that, but it many cases it is the truth.

First, you failed Vern. You put a link from your computer. I can't access it.

Second, you aren't going to bury me with anything. If you just start dumping info here, you can be assured I will get bored quickly and will stop reading it. So, post away if you like. You'll likely be talking to yourself, which I'm sure you are used to.

Gen. Petraeus was speaking on the “After America, What?” panel at the Centre for Policy Studies’ Margaret Thatcher Liberty Conference at the Guildhall in the City of London.

“After America comes North America,” he said, discussing how Canada, the United States and Mexico are set to be a formidable force together, “notwithstanding Mexico’s rule of law issues”.

    http://www.breitbart.com/london/2014/06/18/petraeus-usa-needs-immigration-reform-washington-dc-is-a-security-threat-to-the-country/

The SPP, the policy of "deeper integration" between Canada, Mexico and the U.S. Bush and Obama have both been part of that "critical thinkers" like Matt say doesn't exist.

    https://www.fas.org/sgp/crs/row/RS22701.pdf

Notice that in one paragraph the authors claim that it is not a binding treaty and in the next it praises the "working groups" efforts to implement it. So while the politicians and media can claim we shouldn't worry or look into this further because it's "non binding" the efforts towards "deeper integration" of laws and policies between the three nations continue under the radar.

    Remember that word, sovereignty?

David Knight talks about the latest news and how they are beginning to push for a North American passport.

So you admit you don't care what's happening to your own country. That's fine that's your choice. Evidently you find it important only so far as you can make fun of someone else that does care for your own entertainment.

I put the info out there. You can ignore it. So can everyone else I'm not here to force anyone to look at the evidence. I'm here to make sure everyone has a chance to see it.

Must irk you something awful that I keep doing it when people like you tell me no one is paying attention.

My latest thread on Ukraine to date has over 1700 views. Someone is paying attention.

When have you ever posted a thread that got over 1700 views?
