Arafat News Video Clips?

    Did anyone else see the recent news clip that showed Arafat holding hands with a man and Arafat went to kiss his hand and the man pulled it away rather abruptly? Was Arafat contagious? Was it because of his illness or something else? It was strange. And then I saw an older clip of Arafat walking with Clinton into a building and Arafat and ? got into a little pushing thing. Both were just recently aired. Does anyone know about either one?
