There is a new litmus test question permeating throughout the political left. The Left has decided that climate change due to human activity is settled Science. Therefore their goal is to denigrate climate change deniers by asking them if they reject Science.

Science declares that Evolution is the way this world and all the life that is found in it came into existence, not by any Creator called God. The question for the political left is “Do you reject Science when it comes to Evolution?” Let’s see if the political left is willing to become the party of “There is no God”.

Re the Global Warming thing. Forty years ago, a new ice age was forecast. That was supposedly based on science.

I am not sure what it is that you are looking for. Essentially, they have rejected Our Lord in principle. Evidence: Their opinion on abortion, sodomy/lesbianism, and other social issues.

And do not forget this from the 2012 DNC Convention:

Yes they have done all of those things yet they still say they believe in God. So when a Pelosi type presses a conservative on denying the "Science" of climate change, that person should turn the question right back on her and ask her if she believes in the Science of Evolution or in a God of Creation? And it cannot be both!

Which of course is a caution against claiming that a science is "settled." However, observations are pretty clear that the world's climate has warmed over the past 150 years, and simple physics indicate that greenhouse gases are likely a factor. How much a factor, and how the feedback mechanisms work - that's getting out on the branch-tips of the science. It reminds me of what an experienced modeler of forest growth and yield told us when we were getting into that process: "All models are wrong, but some are useful."

How often has science changed its results over the years?

Well I know of one; back in the 70's the "scientific" fad was that we were getting set to go into another ICE AGE before the year 2000. Don't really remember the stats, but the coast was going to recede some 1/2 mile or so! Also humans were going to so pollute the planet that clean water was gonna be rationed, the forests were gonna be decimated, and a whole bunch of other catastrophes that are predicted in Revelation as well as either an asteroid or comet strike that would annihilate at least 50% of the earth's dwellers.
The sky ain't falling, and even if it were, we humans couldn't stop it, so I will sleep well tonight in spite of all the dire predictions by the bed-wetting leftists!:Whistling

There is real science and pseudo science. Evolution is the religion of pseudo science.

God said what He meant, meant what He said including concerning origins. Whether one believes or not is irrelevant. The Truth is The Truth, regardless of one's pedigree.

Scripture says anyone who says there is no God is a fool. Now what?

    Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

What is sad is that some Christian buy into both global warming and evolution as true!
