The Plymouth Suburban was a great taxicab, for me, especially out of the Airport, Port, bus and train stations. I drove three different wagons, and delivered a lost of mishandled luggage for the airlines from 1971- 1976 out of Ft. Lauderdale airport, when I was 'pushing a hack', back then.
In fact, a couple of times, I did nothing but deliver airline luggage, for the whole day. The luggage never made a single complaint about my driving, either!
This news is just so great, I had to bump it up!
We never had a sw while I was growing up---but thought it would be so cool to ride in one----one of those with the seat that faced to the back of the car in the back of the car--------------so a buddy of mine at church--his daddy had one and one day I got my chance to ride in the rear seat facing backwards------------have mercy---talk about car sick!!!!:laugh::flower:
I learned how to drive on the family station wagon as a teenager.
