Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, who has been a vocal critic of the new Arizona immigration law, told Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Monday that she had not reviewed the law in detail, but nevertheless repeated criticism she made in April on ABC’s “Good Morning America” that the law is a “bad law enforcement law.”

Maybe she is still reading the ObamaCare law:laugh:

Did someone say they had to pass that Ariz immrigation law, so they could see what was in it?

Of course it's ignorance. This law doesn't establish anything new, it simply requires local authorities to enforce already established Federal law. The fears of profiling and, frankly, absurd. Sure, history will tell us there will be a few rogue cops who do this, but 99.9% of cops are law abiding and honest folks who do their jobs correctly.
