The Obama administration has decided to sue Arizona over the state's controversial immigration law.

What do you think? Is it just an empty threat?

If indeed the administration sues the State of Arizona for enforcing the US immigration laws and the case goes all the way to the Supreme Court, who do you think will win?

Will it backfire on the administration?

If they win will it worsen the status quo?

I think it is an act of agression. It is a blatant and impious infringement on Arizona's state rights. And I think it is symtomatic of a federal government that has become too large and becoming more tyrannical.
