Any Auburn fans on the board excited for the game this Saturday? Auburn should win, they have a balanced offense, with depth at running back. Kenny Irons is a quality back and runs hard every play. The o-line is big and agressive, opening the lanes for long runs. Brad Lester is an impressive redshirt freshman, when healthly. And Tre Smith a versatile backup. Brandon Cox has improved tremendously throughout the season and has a talented receiving corps to throw the ball to. The defense is sound and should pressure Croyle. See Auburn winning 21-10. WAR EAGLE!!

Bama fan here. I agree that AU may win, but there wont be 21 points scored on Bama's defence ;) .

I predict very low scoring either way. 10-6 or something similar.

I was impressed with Auburns performance against Georgia. And I wasn't that impressed with the Tides performance against LSU. Before last weekend I would have picked the Tide now I think Auburn wins because they had better game last week and they just keep getting better and better. I'm still mad Irons transferred from South Carolina!!!!!

I believe Bama has had its heart and will broken. Their lack of offense has caught up with them. Part of me hates to see Tuberville win anything, yet I'm a Vol, so I can't want Bama to win [IMG]

Tom may have it right, I hope not.

It hard to win without an offence. The only real hope is another super defensive effort. I still think it will be close and low scoring.

Psstttt Tennessee isnt playing in the Iron Bowl [IMG] [IMG]

On a serious note, I think Bama will bounce back and win it this year. I say Bama 17-14 over Auburn.

I can't see Bama's offence generating two TDs. Maybe the defence will score them.

Don't forget special teams. I can see a punt blocked for a touchdown in this game or even a return for a TD. I do not think the offense will score 2 TDs either.

    Hehe, 28-18, hehehe!

Guess who I was cheering for?

Now for the real question: What was up with Alabama tonight?????

I expected Auburn to win, considering they were playing on their home turf, but I at least expected Alabama's defense to try to keep 'em from scoring.

It's no fun to watch this game if either team just walks all over the other.

I was shocked to see Auburn score that easy on Bama. I guess we know who the best team in the state of Alabama is for this season.

Bama has only really played well in two games all season, South Carolina and Florida.

Tonight all of the weaknesses showed up.

I think it had to do with Alabama's Center being out. How many times did Croyle get sacked? I think it was around 11! OUCH! Either way, my team won! I caught a lot of slack last wek for wearing my AU hat ... no one's talking now!

Congrats DeadMan. I agree the loss of the anchor of the offensive line was huge, and with no Prothro options were limited. Hopefully Bama will get something sorted before bowl time.

Auburn played a great game Saturday. They are, without a doubt, the best team in the State of Alabama. Auburn has lots of talent and the future appears bright. Al Borgues deserves a significant pay raise. David Gibbs needs one to after the defensive plan he worked up.

Was Alabama bit by the SI curse? Did not the mag cover proclaim Bama's Back a few weeks ago, with Brodie's pic. The cover this week should say Bama's On It's Back, with a pic of Brodie being sacked, and sacked, and sacked, and ... [IMG]

    WAR EAGLE!

P.S. Is David Cutcliffe coming back to Tennessee as OC?
