Acts 12:1-4 Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.
And he killed James the brother of John with the sword.
And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.) [Passover]
And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.

Passover is referred to in verse 3.
Easter, a later 'event',is referred to in verse 4.
What's to quibble about?

kai idwn oti areston estin toiV ioudaioiV proseqeto sullabein kai petron hsan de hmerai twn azumwn

Acts 12:4
on kai piasaV eqeto eiV fulakhn paradouV tessarsin tetradioiV stratiwtwn fulassein auton boulomenoV meta to pasca anagagein auton tw law

the "quibble" is over the words in bold in v. 3 and v. 4.

the Unleavened Bread Festival (v. 3) refers to the Passover, the word in bold in v. 4.

the KJB seems to render that word, pasca, as Passover consistently elsewhere, except for here, where it mysteriously changes it to Easter.
