    I assume you included "languages other than English" in your translations. Not to mention the possiblity of folks having "original languages" texts on their shelves.

    Some of us just have lots of copies of the same translation. We have at least 12 different bibles, some old, some new, some for kids, some with no notes, but at least 9 of them are KJV.

    Why so many copies of the KJV well Jeanne takes LOTS of notes in her Bible. She needs a new Bible at least once a year because she is out of room for notes. Unfortuantly she hasn't found a wide margin, indexed Bible in a format she likes at a price I like.

    yep...we all pretty much have a lot of Bibles. But is it possible to have too many Bibles?
