Bill to Expand Hate Crimes Law to Attacks on Gays

What is simple and yet ignored is that the type of motivation whether it is for ethnical differences or or greed is only important to prove the crime. A crime motivated by hate is no different than a crime motivated by greed. The results are the same. This is governing the motive or thought behind the crime. And it is a tool of the homosexual community to silence opposition to their agenda. this is what happens in every instance it is put in place through out the world. And hate crime legislation is wrong.

 

For the most part (there are exceptions), hate crimes are only prosecuted when they are perpetrated against certain groups. When those "special" groups commit crimes against others because they're not part of the protected group, then it's not a "hate" crime.

Matthew Shepherd and Jesse Dirkhising (sp?) come to mind first.

 

I would not victimize anyone. What you said is very hateful and I think you should be locked up.
