Can the New York Times be prosecuted?

    Guess what, TH, I get to do that here. It is also why, when Ken posts multiple threads on a topic like Iran, I try to minimize the number of threads I respond to. It's certainly his right and I respect him, I'm just not wild about that style of posting threads.

    OK Terry but why focus so adamantly on "potential" illegalities? The truth is the liberals hate GWB so much, that they must attack him with the politically motivated innuendos and lies with full complicity of the leftist press, because there are no grounds for implementing the legal system.

    If we were to have focused on "potential" illegalities during the clinton administration, it would have destroyed the Clintons presidency completely. They committed stuff the public won't ever know about unless Shillary actually does run. Even then we won't know very much....but enough.
