If you can hang in there, hang in! I am speaking from experience. My husband began a church and we grew and the Lord blessed. But, our people refused to support the church financially. We had no choice but to disband. Our hearts were broken, but our group of people became so close. Find you an older saint of God for your guidance and pray like you have never prayed before for the right man of God to lead and guide your flock. The Lord will answer that prayer for you.

I will keep you in my prayers.

My motto at my church is "as long as there is a role to play, then stay"

Um, hello. [IMG] Still there! The church itself is doing great. Had a family of three come in this month, all get saved, one at a time...mom first, then the dad a few weeks later, then the teen a week later. Started a children's church, things are a lot more organized, more people are being reached.
And I only got up and ran once! [IMG]

    Praise the Lord, Gina.

I belong to a super small church myself. It is so easy to get discouraged by the small turn-out, but the same people are usually there 45 minuites after the service ends, fellowshipping, admonishing, helping each other. It is very alive, spiritually. I don't think it would happen in a very large church.

Nice to see a happy ending.
