Chao to Committee: Back-end of Obamacare not Built, Yet!

    Unbelievable, but unfortunately true. Henry Chao admits to the Committee investigating the Obamacare debacle that the most important part of Obamacare; the back-end of the technology has yet to be built and plugged into the already dysfunctional technology that was supposed to run the new Affordable Care Act!

    This is one more insight into the Obama administration's inability to run a program, that is so far over their heads; they should have diverted all the money to NASA [instead of ending NASA, as we once knew it], and let them develop a base on the moon!

    Can we now start saying words like: Totally incompetent? Unworthy of the office he holds? Not ready for Prime-time? Worst president, EVER? And finally........"We told you so, back in 2008! This man was lacking presidential quailities? :smilewinkgrin:
