Christians with Tattoos

    I thought about this thread off an on for 2 days before posting. Here is my $.02...

    If you decide to get a tattoo, you should prepare yourself for the reactions you may receive. In the fundy circles of my youth, you would be treated quite badly. You would not be able to hold positions in the church (of course any tattoos before salvation, if covered, were fine).

    There are other reactions you may receive as well, both positive and negative.

    In the end, the choice is yours. Make it prayerfully.

    We do come up with some ridiculous issues, dont we? For those that feel that strongly about it, why dont you make a motion at your next business meeting to have the issue of tattoos put in your church constitution or covenant?
