According to Barna Research, the average Baptist church in the US has about 130 members (with 75 in attendance on Sundays) and has an annual budget of approximately $100,000.

Needless to say that I was somewhat surprised when I saw in a Baptist church bulletin last weekend that the weekly contribution was $601,224.67!

In this same church 19,010 people attended a worship service during the week.

    Soli Deo Gloria!
