    My guess is that it's a copycat, and that he's bluffing. Let's pray that I'm right.

    He's a copycat alright. He's copying the Beltway Snipers (Washington DC), and the most recent one in another midwest state.

    I don't think he's old enough to remember the first Dirty Harry movie, and we don't have Dirty Harry's nowadays, either (wish we had, though. I'd love to see guys like these [snip by moderator] when faced with a true tough guy with a badge and a gun he's not afraid to use, "human rights" and liberals notwithstanding).
